02The brief

Hyperlocal services break down at the last mile: discovery is fragmented, pricing is opaque, and coordination happens on scattered calls and WhatsApp. Yelle needed an MVP that made discovery, bidding, and messaging feel like one continuous flow.

03Approach

Three moves that defined the engagement.

  1. 01

Built a two-sided marketplace with location-based discovery and request posting (description + images + precise area).

  2. 02

Implemented realtime chat for negotiation and coordination, keeping the marketplace and messaging tightly connected.

  3. 03

Designed a dedicated 'professional' surface focused on jobs, bids, and earnings to support day-to-day operations.
